- Technology and Technical Issues: I understand that technical issues may occur during the virtual consultation, such as internet connectivity problems or audio/video disruptions. DentalAI.pro will make reasonable efforts to address any issues promptly.
- Recommendations and Treatment Planning: I acknowledge that the recommendations and treatment planning provided during the virtual consultation are based on the information I provide and the professional opinion of DentalAI.pro’s oral healthcare team.
- Emergency Situations: In the event of an oral health emergency or a need for immediate attention, I agree to follow the advice of DentalAI.pro’s oral healthcare professionals and seek in-person oral health treatment as required.
- Fees and Payments: I understand that the fees for the virtual Oral Healthcare Service will be communicated to me before the consultation, and payment arrangements will be in accordance with DentalAI.pro’s policies.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw my consent for the virtual Oral Healthcare Service at any time. Should I choose to do so, I may need to schedule an in-person appointment to address my oral health concerns.
